Once you have added a client to Streem and sent them their first link your job is done!
The client will receive their link via email and follow a step-by-step wizard to link their account. This takes around one minute to complete.
They don’t have to create an account with us or anyone else. Clients can use their banking apps to link meaning they don’t need to remember banking usernames and passwords if they have a mobile app installed.
Then every 90 days when the link needs to be authenticated we will send them another email that will guide them through the process once again.
So you never have to chase them again! If they don’t re-link we will remind them again and if their link expires we will let you know.
