If you have entered the incorrect password 5 times your account will become locked and you will not be able to try again.
To get your account unlocked you must ask your Streem Connect ‘Super Admin’ to reset your password for you. This is usually the person who signed up for the Streem Connect account initially and invited you to become a user.
