Steps to resolve

Make sure your date range picker is correct

If you are looking for a specific transaction you may not be able to see it if your date range picker does not have the correct dates selected. Please also note that account data goes back 2 years so any transactions older than that you will not be able to see.

Transaction is pending

If the transaction is quite new it may still be pending in the bank feed data. Please give the system more time to receive the latest transactions.

Get in touch

Sometimes data is missing and there is nothing you can do to resolve it yourself. Please use the form to contact us giving us the date, amount, affected company and the last 4 digits of the account. We will investigate and come back to you as soon as possible.
